During his many years as CEO of Formpipe, he spearheaded significant growth, including business model shifts, the development of a global partner network, and strategic acquisitions. Christian’s deep industry knowledge and expertise in strategic company building are valuable to Flowfactory’s board.

Fredrik vom Hofe has spent more than 28 years in business value driving leadership roles within the global tech industry, and is today a full-time advisor to several Private Equity firms, and an investor and non-executive board director. Up until January 2022 Fredrik was Group Senior Vice President and member of the Group Executive Committee, at IFS AB, the globally recognized leader in enterprise software, where he was responsible for Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining IFS, Fredrik worked in senior executive roles within general management, sales, professional services, and marketing at Cap Gemini Ernest & Young, Framfab, Ericsson and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) in Sweden, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. He also has extensive non-executive board membership experience from private and listed Software-as-a-Service companies.

Michael Siljö is an experienced senior manager and Chairman of the Board. He has a long track record from leading positions in global enterprises in different verticals and industries.
On top of Michael’s operational skills he has also a proven entrepreneurial mindset, being the co-founder of several companies within the IT sector.

Lars Wahlström has over 25 years of international experience in technology companies with a focus on software and SaaS/cloud businesses. The most extended employment has been with Oracle where Lars led the build-up of the Telecom and Media businesses, first in Europe Middle East & Africa and later globally.
During this period Telecom became Oracle’s largest segment with high profitability. Lars has had sales, business development and CEO roles over the years. Since 2012 Lars works as an independent advisor and has led many turn arounds and business development projects.

Dr. James McCabe is a strategy adviser to Flowfactory with two decades of international advisory experience.
A pioneer of classical story design in strategy and business development, James is an award-winning Oxford scholar and helped devise the first Siemens global marketing narrative along with numerous ecosystem and platform stories. He also speaks around the world on the subject of business as narrative.
